Refund and Returns Policy

At Aamtaur, we toil and whittle to ensure you never have to be disappointed with a product. Our entire team of designers and artisans strive to make your Aamtaur experience, anything, but ordinary. Even so, in case you feel any disconnect with your orders, or are looking to explore more, we offer exchanges in sizes and total return against refund.

The policy for the same is as follows –

1. In case of an exchange, you can reach out to us at support@aamtaur.com within 7 days of receipt of product, and we shall get back to you within 48 hours maximum, with the availability of sizes and products. Our team will then proceed to dispatch your exchange order and the delivery person will collect the original from you. Please ensure to keep the product as received.
2. In case of return against refund, please write to us at support@aamtaur.com within 7 days of receipt of product, and our team shall reach out to you for resolving the issue. You might be asked for your valuable feedback so that we can cater to any and every need of yours. Thereby, the product will be picked up once the return order is processed. Return pickup will take place in 3 working days after we have received the return and if it checks out on quality assurance your refund will be processed within 8-10 business day.
3. We wish to make your shopping experience at par with your unique tastes, and therefore, assure you that there will be minimum need for return due to a defect or variation. Please note that stitches and variations in the fabric are a symbol of its purity and uniqueness and should not be considered as a defect. As you are one of a kind, our products are too!
