Mr. Ashwin Agrawal, a Textile Technology Engineer by academic prowess, and an entrepreneur by habit, has always been keenly interested in nuances of “Fabric”, the lone industry to have survived all ages. A perfectionist to boot, he carries a strong work ethic which manifests via his passion for Indian Heritage. By means of conceptualising a legacy, which also solidifies the legacy of India, he has ensured to underline his perfectionism and patriotism. A raving traveler, he has often found beauty and grace in the unlikeliest of places; bringing about the idea of – Aamtaur, the extraordinary in the ordinary. The passion he brings in his work, breathes life into their works of art.

Being a Textile Technology Engineer, the utilitarian and diverse aspect of the sector was never lost on me. It is a pivotal industry which contributes about 14% to industrial production, 4% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and 27% to the country’s foreign exchange inflows while providing employment to 45 million people. Despite being the second largest producers of cotton, the Indian Farmer is mostly struggling. The only way to make it worth their while and toil, was to give them their due as harbingers of art. Hence, as creative individuals with motivation to do something different, Textile industry gives us a vision and scope to manufacture and market products through our Brand which make us and our consumers responsible citizens as well as human beings.
